Stardome visit

On Friday 11September the Middle Team went to the Stardome in Royal Oak. Before we went in we played on the playground and went walking in Cornwall Park. While we were inside the dome we were fascinated with what we saw.

Baptisms June 2015

On Sunday 21 June, there were 12 beautiful new people welcomed into the Catholic church. Here are some pictorial memories of the day.

On Thursday 4 June, the Middle team went to MOTAT. We left school at 9am and arrived up at MOTAT over an hour later ready to start our day of exploring. You can see from the pictures that we had a wonderful day of learning.

Pentecost

On Sunday the Church celebrated its birthday!! We call this special day Pentecost. Last Friday our class  made a "cake" and we all wrote our names on a different candle to say Happy Birthday.

Eating our Cress

Last week we all enjoyed eating the Cress that we grew earlier in the term. Mrs Meikle brought along some buns and some of us

spread margarine and Vegemite on, then we added the fresh Cress. You can see by our faces how much we enjoyed the taste.
You should try it!

We visited ENZA and enjoyed listening to Mr Van der Gulik and Rudi giving us information about growing lettuces and onions. We also loved eating the raw lettuce and the cooked lettuce and then of course hot rice inside the lettuce leaves topped off with different sauces was delicious!
