We visited ENZA and enjoyed listening to Mr Van der Gulik and Rudi giving us information about growing lettuces and onions. We also loved eating the raw lettuce and the cooked lettuce and then of course hot rice inside the lettuce leaves topped off with different sauces was delicious!
